BASRs are definitely better in the OHK section at 180/220m (lethality limit of the Phaseshift suppressed/unsuppressed for OHKs) upto 300m. For VS, at least for long range counter sniping, Phaseshift is the answer. I think charging shots while cloaked would be nice. It can take two shots per "rechamber", each of which is a OHK headshot out to a very decent range.
